Will I be able to transfer into the Ohio State University?

The first person was right on what you should include on your personal statement but my opinion is that you should just tell them exactly what you stated on here. I transferred to OSU last year from a community college in Lake County. The transfer qualifications are more lenient than the freshman qualifications. The school will be happy to see that you have been involved in extra curricular activities because that is a BIG thing here...they like students to be involved in the school community. My husband also transferred here a long with my sister-in-law. I had a higher GPA around a 3.5 but my husband had a lower one, I'm not sure what it was but I think it may have been about as low as yours. Good luck :)
