FLYING??? (cheerleading)?

I know you said no comments on weight but you are a good size for your height. And being a flyer in competition is all about your technique. You can weigh 125 and be a better flyer than a girl at 110 if you know how to hold your weight and do all the skills good. Just pull up, tighten up, and keep your weight off them(hold your weight) as much as possible, and you will be a good flyer. Also to lose weight drink only water and eat no sweets until you get desired results.
