Setting for story? any ideas?

im looking for a setting for my story. i want to be in a city but not a large city like new york or chicago or philadelphia. Im looking for something more like dayton OH (google map it if you dont know what its like) like something thats urban but has a bit of a suburban feel as well. i know its a little complicated of a description but any help would be appreciated:)
