How much does this guitar cost?

You're looking at a single pickup no-name guitar with a broken tuning peg on the G string. I have no idea what this guitar cost when it was new, but it was never worth a lot. The $140 that the seller is asking is outrageous, but they're admittedly uninformed. I think $25 would be a generous offer.
