How do you make the Killer Brownies at the Dorothy Lane Market in Dayton?

Someone asked this question a few years ago but there was never an answer to it so now I am picking it up and re-asking. There is a grocery store in Dayton , OH that makes something called a Killer Brownie. Anyone know how to make it? I know they start off with a german chocolate cake mix, after that, I'm lost. It has chocolate chips, caramel, powdered sugar, and all kinds of oooey gooey goodness in it.
